As a Volunteer Adviser, you’ll help people understand their rights, explore their options, and take action to improve their situation. Our approach is holistic-looking at the whole person, not just the immediate problem. Whether it’s benefits, debt, housing, employment, or something else, you’ll be there to listen, support, and empower. You don’t need previous experience-we provide free, comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and capable in the role.
In return, you’ll gain valuable skills, ongoing training, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll also be part of a supportive and friendly team committed to helping our community thrive.

See information about our current Trustees here (link to trustees section)
